Manager On Duty
If you have any questions during your stay at the hotel, please, refer to the reception desk.
Concierge
If you have a need to reserve a table in the restaurant, order a transfer service or an excursion, book the flight tickets or railway tickets, etc., feel free to use the concierge service. The service is available from 11:00 to 20:00. At any other time, your call will be forwarded to the reception desk.
Room Reservation

Check–in time
Check-in time starts from 14:00. If you plan to check in earlier, please, point it out when you reserve a room. Early check-in is an additional service which is available depending on the hotel room capacity.
Check–out time
Check-out time ends before 12:00 (noon). If you plan to check out later, please, inform the reception desk in advance. Late check-out is an additional service which is available depending on the hotel room capacity.
ExPRESS check–out
If you want to speed up the check-out procedure, please, inform us in advance. The hotel staff will make sure to prepare a bill and will order a transfer service.
Adapters for electrical outlets
The AC voltage in the electrical outlets is 220V. Adapters are available twenty-four-hours. Please tap the RECEPTION button to order them.
Condition
Each room is fitted with an individual remote control for air conditioner.
Safes
Each room is fitted with a personal safe.
Internet
Internet access is available in all the rooms and public areas. If you need Wi-Fi password or wired network connection, please contact reception desk.

To order breakfast, you need to fill out the blank at reception up to 21:00.

Fitness room
It is located on the second floor of the hotel. The room is available twenty-four-hours for your convenience; you can open it with your room key.

Laundry
We offer you laundry service, dry cleaning service and ironing service. The laundry is open from 8:00 till 17:00 5 days a week. For more information, please, read the order-form or tap the HOUSEKEEPING button.
Ironing room
The room is located on the 3rd floor № 346. Open 24 hours. The room has: 4 ironing boards, 3 household irons, steam iron, ironing mesh. To make the iron work, please, insert the key-card into the card holder for each iron separately.
Shoe shine
Shoe brush machine is located on the bottom floor near the luggage room.
Automobile parking
It is located at the main entrance of the hotel. For further information, please, contact the reception by tapping the RECEPTION button.
Airport transfer
Boryspil International Airport (KBP) is located 33 km from the hotel. It takes 40 minutes to get there by taxi. Kyiv International Airport (IEV) is situated 11 km from the hotel. The taxi ride will take 25 minutes. You can order the airport transfer at any time via the reception by tapping the RECEPTION button.

Conferences and business events
The hotel has 8 conference-halls with capacity from 10 up to 150 persons: Dialogue, Concord, Dispute, Briefing, Forum, Davos, Summit and Congress. All of them are fitted with the necessary equipment. You can get all the information you are interested in

Business centre
The business centre is located on the First bottom floor, and available twenty-four-hours. You are free to use the computers with an Internet access, as well as fax and copy machine.

Mail and postage stamps
